Health Saudi Arabia announces success of 11 open heart surgery and catheterization of pilgrims

The Saudi Ministry of Health announced that its hospitals and health centers in Makkah and Medina continue to provide specialized services to pilgrims during the Hajj season this year.

The health services provided to the pilgrims in Makkah and Madinah from the first day of the month of Dhu al-Qa’da till the 12th of the same month (20658) served health services. Eleven open heart surgery and cardiac catheterization were performed, renal dialysis, 3 binocular operations, and 23 different surgical procedures.

148 pilgrims and the need for hospitals, and the registration of one case of birth, while not recorded any case of heat exhaustion or heat strokes.
