The League of Arab States (LAS) strongly condemned the criminal attack launched by a terrorist group on Friday evening, 7/10/2022, against a barracks belonging to the Djiboutian army in the Garaptisan area of the Tajoura region in the north of the country, which resulted in the death of seven soldiers and the wounding of four others.
In this context, Jamal Rushdie, spokesman for the Secretary-General of the Arab League, affirmed the League’s full solidarity with the government and people of the Republic of Djibouti in facing threats to the security and stability of the country. Expressing his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
