Amidst a remarkable presence of ministers, ambassadors, media professionals, journalists, and many cameras racing who to take the picture first, after longing and eagerness for the ever-star minister.

It is well known that many officials and others are waiting for camera to announce themselves, but with Ms Minister Ambassador Nabilah Makram, the issue is different.. as the lenses of photographers are waiting for the star minister so that the lenses will restore the angles of adjustment to work with unparalleled efficiency.

Today, the Minister, Ambassador Nabila Makram, Minister of the “Fahim” Foundation for Psychological Support, in the presence of Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population, and Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, And a group of former ministers, deputies and ambassadors are public figures.

The Minister, Ambassador Nabila Makram, announced that the “Fahem” Foundation is not a for-profit organization and aims to support children and youth to face their psychological problems and discover their mental illness early, in coordination with the General Secretariat for Mental Health of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and senior psychiatrists who join the board of trustees of the institution that will launch a website. To communicate with people with mental disorders.

The Minister added that the Foundation will communicate with families who need to know how to deal with their children, not stigmatize them, and best behave with them during their illness or after their recovery, stressing that the Foundation’s plan will include many activities on the ground with school and university students and young people of all ages.

She also praised the cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Population, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the National Council for Women, which resulted in the signing of cooperation protocols with the Fahim Foundation for Psychological Support.

The Minister, Ambassador Nabila Makram, called on the Egyptian society to respect the mentally ill and to accommodate them like all other patients with organic diseases.

The Minister and Ambassador announced the Board of Trustees of the “Fahem” Foundation as follows:

 Dr. Afaf Hamed Khalil, Professor of Psychiatry at Ain Shams University and President of the Egyptian Association for Psychiatric Services, Dr. Abdel Nasser Omar, Professor of Psychiatry and Managing Director of the Hospital Hospital, Dr. Nasser Loza, President of the International Federation of Mental Health, Eng. Ahmed El Sewedy, President and CEO of El Sewedy Electric, Lamis Negm, Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank for Social Responsibility, Dalia Mohamed Ibrahim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nahdet Misr Publishing, Dr. Mohamed Al-Aqabi, Faculty of Arts, Helwan University, and writer Nashwa Al-Houfi.
