For those who have a shadow.. and as one of the witnesses to the era and for nearly forty years as a diplomatic editor who traveled east and west in the diplomatic community, no one has sat on the throne of professionalism and ethics.. I do not say the assistant media attaché, whether at the British Embassy or recently at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for thirteen years, like the honorable, well-mannered, creative professionally and literarily lady “Dina Moussa”..
In order to establish the truth, the CV of Professor “Dina Moussa” was not without praise from all ambassadors as well as media attachés for her professionally and literarily, and I will not forget the statement of Ambassador Minister Ahmed Qattan “Dina Moussa.. a unique media figure.. who is good at determining the location of the dots of letters and putting them in their place according to the standards of time and place.. She is distinguished by the ability to behave well.. and therefore worthy of bearing responsibility.. whether packaging and wrapping the news, in addition to her relationship with the media regarding the safety of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.. This, for example and not limited to, with the utmost respect and appreciation To all ambassadors of the Kingdom of the Two Holy Mosques..
It is known that today is twenty-four hours, the media figure “Dina Moussa” worked for about forty-eight hours as a media communication channel between the audience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from every direction and corner and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, not only at the level of the ambassador’s activity and the Saudi embassy in Egypt, but also everything related to the news of Saudi Arabia politically, economically, culturally and socially.. no matter the pressures, especially the Hajj season.
And the noble media figure “Dina Moussa” was very capable of managing crises between the embassy’s diplomats and all Egyptian parties, especially the media figures.. I admit that one day I got very angry and had a phone call with her, reproaching us for not giving us the opportunity to conduct an interview with Ambassador Qattan at some point, but Ambassador Qattan’s commitments at that time were very many, but with skillful diplomacy she was able to absorb my anger at the time and convinced me completely with the logic of ability. And with the passing of days and years, she proved to me and all journalists that she is a communication and media element that enjoys the ethics of dialogue and communication.
Perhaps one thing reminds us of another, and as one of the symbols of Arab diplomacy and as one of the graduates of the school of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Highness Prince Saud Al-Faisal, he still enjoys overwhelming love and popularity in the hearts of the Egyptian people, whether at the popular or official level, and he is Ambassador Minister Ahmed Qattan.. In fact, during that period, and for the first time, Ambassador Ahmed Qattan held the positions of Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States..
That period was full of hawks of Arab diplomacy, including the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States at the time, Mr. Amr Moussa.. Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal.. Minister of Foreign Affairs Youssef bin Alawi of the Sultanate of Oman.. Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.. etc.
The reason for the love of Egypt and the Egyptians, especially the media, for Minister Qattan is due to many reasons, including the ease of communicating with His Excellency at any time, especially with regard to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the periodic meetings with the media and sharing food with them monthly, and for the holy month of Ramadan, you can say a lot and a lot about the generous hospitality of Ramadan breakfast and suhoor.. His messages on occasions with greetings, how striking they were.. etc.
From here, “Dina Moussa” was established in the hearts of the creative and virtuous, and eyewitnesses confirmed this, headed by the falcon of Arab diplomats, Ambassador and Minister “Ahmed Qattan”.
