His Excellency Mr. Aamer Shaukat, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Egypt, met today with His Excellency Mr. Diab Al-Louh, Ambassador of the State of Palestine, in Cairo to discuss the latest developments in the Palestinian territories, particularly the dire humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
During the meeting, Ambassador Shaukat conveyed Pakistan’s full solidarity with the Palestinian people, especially the innocent civilians enduring ongoing aggression in Gaza.
He reaffirmed Pakistan’s consistent moral, political, and diplomatic support for the Palestinian cause and emphasized that Pakistan would continue to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza.
Both ambassadors stressed the urgent need for the international community, particularly the Muslim world, to play a more active role in halting the aggression, ending the suffering of the Palestinian people, and ensuring justice and dignity in accordance with international resolutions.
