The Ministry of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation has announced the signing of a new financial cooperation agreement between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Federal Republic of Germany, valued at **€118 million**. In addition, a **new tranche of the Debt Swap Program** has been signed, amounting to **€21 million**, which will be allocated to priority development projects in Egypt. The agreement reflects the depth of strategic partnership and mutual trust between Egypt and Germany.
