His Excellency the President of the Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, launched the global electronic recitation center in the Grand Mosque supported by artificial intelligence (The best of you is he who learns the Qur’an and teaches it) in ten international languages, as the recitation center is one of the most important and largest strategic enrichment projects of the presidency.
Dr. Al-Sudais stressed that the global electronic recitation center is an integrated global digital enrichment platform for teaching the Holy Qur’an, combining authenticity, modernity, a precise methodology and artificial intelligence technology.
The recitation center provides comprehensive content for recitation, intonation and memorization, under the supervision of an elite group of qualified Islamic teachers, according to a solid, advanced, and well-established Islamic administrative system, to monitor performance in the Qur’anic circles, with accurate analytical reports and a stimulating educational and pedagogical environment, in addition to the flexibility to join the circles, supported by an integrated system of documented and accredited Qur’anic certificates and licenses.
The global electronic recitation center aims to promote Islamic values for students of Quran memorization circles in the Grand Mosque, and to create a flexible educational environment that combines attendance of in-person and virtual circles, and to qualify and train teachers of Quran circles in Quranic sciences and intonation according to international standards, and to develop integrated mechanisms for precise governance of the performance of Quran circles in the Grand Mosque.
The digital recitation center is distinguished by enriching the educational Quranic content with advanced methods that meet the Quranic educational needs of students of Quran memorization circles in the Grand Mosque, pilgrims and visitors, in an environment of safety, reliability and educational flexibility, with accurate follow-up and stimulating interaction, and educational plans tailored to each student that take into account individual differences, and a comprehensive testing and evaluation system through professional digital standards, and to discover outstanding students, and qualify them to participate in local and international Quranic competitions.
The launch of the global electronic recitation center in the month of the Holy Quran comes as a gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to all Muslims and visitors to the Grand Mosque from worshipers, pilgrims and fasting people; To draw from the guidance of the Holy Quran in learning, teaching, working and applying, and to shed its clear light on behavior and thought to straighten and reform the afterlife, livelihood, the individual, society and the nation, and to enhance the message of the specialized presidency, and in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in supporting transformations and enriching digital paths.
